Excellent bulbs, but unfortunately two failed within four months.
I really love the light these bulbs give out. They’re noticeably brighter than my 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs. I also like the higher color temperature because it’s more like natural light. The combination of the 5500K color temperature and that additional brightness made these bulbs ideal for the fixtures above our bathroom mirror. I was so pleased with them that, after buying one box in August of 2018, I immediately purchased two more boxes. Besides the advantages of varying brightness and color temperature choices, LED bulbs use only a fraction of the the electricity that incandescent bulbs do. They usually last far, far longer than incandescent bulbs as well, but that’s where these bulbs miss the mark. After installing six of these bulbs over our bathroom mirror in August, two of them quit working within days of each other in December. Longevity and energy savings are the prime motivators for me to spend a bit more on LED bulbs, so the lack of longevity seriously affects my opinion of them. If the remaining bulbs go significantly longer without any additional failures I may raise my rating a star or two. But for now I have to rate them only two stars.EDIT January 19, 2019: Two more bulbs failed last week. I'm not dropping any more stars because the vendor did contact me hoping to make things right. Not exactly sure how they'd do that because I don't want them to send me more of the same bulbs, but I do acknowledge their effort.

Short-lived
I thought LED bulbs were supposed to last for years, but I've had two of the first six I installed in light fixtures in my home go bad already. I've had regular tungsten light bulbs last longer than these.Further experience with these bulbs only reinforces my earlier opinion. It's been roughly a year since I purchased two- six-packs of these bulbs. In that time, half of them have failed. The LED's in them might last forever but the other electronics in them aren't anywhere near as reliable as one would hope.

More brightness
I love the lighting which is easy on the eyes, yet bright enough to see better than my other bulbs. I don't know how they do that but glad they do. I could make due with just the lamps on with these. No overhead lighting needed in my bedroom. I hope they last long.

They burn out faster than regular bulbs.
Not a good product. I bought these lights 7 months ago then about a month ago 1 went out so I figured I would wait to write my review because I assumed other bulbs would follow suit and I was right. Another bulb went out last week, no more since then but I'm sure there not far behind. Do waste you $ on this product that was supposed to last for many years but didn't even last 1.

Not bright enough
I didn't like the hue at all and didn't think they were bright enough. I need something very bright for my studio and am going to have to try something else.
