Can't hula? You can with this!
I love this! I have NEVER been able to hula hoop, not even as a child, but thanks to this weighted hoop I can!Now the warning, well not a warning just a heads up. If you havent used a weighted hoop before it can hurt you tummy so don't overdo it just build it up until your stomach muscles get used to it. You may have a little bruising for a couple of days initially because the inside of the hoop is ribbed and its massaging all the wobbly bits while you hula. Once your stomach gets used to it its fine and theres no bruising. I've lost several inches using this and I can finally say at 45 I can hula with the rest of them!

Great fun and a good workout
The hoop comes in eight sections that slot together and lock solidly, each section is covered with a foam covering which when the hoop is assembled looks like waves. When you first get going if you’re anything like I was I dropped the hoop more times than spun it but gradually I got going, I did have a few little bruises around my middle but they soon went and they have not reappeared now I am used to the hoop, I can now get the hoop going for ages one way but have not mastered it going the other way yet. One point I did find is that I got on better with a bare middle as I found the hoop slipped on some materials.

This was fantastic (unable to use now as pregnant) but as long as you research and build up your time gradually you should avoid markings or bruising. I saw results so quick, it’s fun and so easy to use while watching TV or even reading my kindle I found haha!

Very Good. Handy to take anyway as comes in parts and locks together.
Though this is quite heavy when put together, as it come, very handily, in parts and just clicks, it is very good. Takes a bit of getting used to if you haven't hooler hooped for a while, as it is quite heavy on the waistline but the lighter in weight I can't use any more.Good value for money even though you pay postage, as it is still cheaper than others on Amazon which are the same.

Not for me
This item is rather heavy, and I found it very difficult to get the hulahoop going. After four days and a rather sore waist and ribs I’ve submitted to defeat and packed it away. If you have the stamina and the willpower to keep going through the pain then this might be for you. I found the hoop huge and not easy to manipulate.

Good buy.
Very easy to put together, but a little wobbly. This doesn’t appear to mater though as it spins round just fine and has stayed together. Very pleased with it on the whole, good hoop at a good price and delivered in a good time under the present circumstances.

Hula hoop keeps falling apart
I am very disappointed with my Hula Hoop. It keeps falling apart even though I have tried to put it to together and keep it together numerous times. I am disappointed a I rarely order from amazon. At least now I know why. I guess I'll just have to duct tape it too keep it together. thanks for nothing
