Q: What is the wattage for this?

Hello, CTW 300, w50 volt, 10 amp. Those are the figures on the Judge plug. Great appliance, very pleased with it.

Q: Can this be used outside

As this is an electrical product it must be used in dry conditions avoiding wet/damp etc due to the electricity supply as per other electrical items. However, provided it is set on a dry surface and removed back indoors after use for cleaning and storage, there is no reason this cannot be used to cook on outside, provided the conditions are correct.

Q: Are the handles removable for storage and washing ?

No. I think they fold in slightly. I keep mine in the original box so it is on its side. Not too big.

Q: does the smell and flavour or some food linger on it if it cannot be washed? For example I want to cook kippers on it as they stink the kitchen up!

Sorry have never cooked fish on it. I wash it over with warm soapy water. Dry it with kitchen roll & before using it wipe over with oil on kitchen roll. Never known transfer of food tastes
