This stuff is legit!!
Unlike most amalayse, this stuff can be used in hotter temps. You don't have to be off the heat very long before you can use this and breakdown the thick consistency to a much more workable soup-like viscosity.

Fast acting
This my first time using Sebstar HTL and Sebaml GL. Once added my mixture became nice and thin/watery as the starches were broken down. Each bottle was 4oz each and that will go along way. Good value for the cost. Will never go back to powder enzymes.

Great product
This product worked very well. Works well in breaking down the long chain dextrins. I've had nothing but good results from this product. If you want to really get the most out of your corn also use the GL amylase in conjunction with the HGL. My algrain mash I'm getting a brix at 16.1% potential abv.

Haven't used this yet. I cannot read the instructions on the bottle. Could you include a separate sheet with instructions and dosing requirements

mash corn with RIMs
This alpha enzyme is needed if you want to convert corn grist to soluble dextrin. Mashing corn is difficult without it. As the amylase randomly cleaves 1,6 bonds solubility and viscosity go down in minutes.Shelf life is about 18 months. It tolerates 95C where gelatinization occurs quickly.
