Disappointment
This desk is GARBAGE! I've only unboxed one of the two packages and i can't believe the terrible quality. There's tape on the wood, writing on the wood, handwritten numbers for assembly which are illegible, and pieces are chipped and damaged. I expected quality for $1000. I'm not even opening the second box. Now I need to deal with packing this back up and taking these heavy boxes to a shipping location. Don't waste your time or money with this brand.

It's Pretty but too expensive
Pros: The desk is pretty. Mate Gray. Not shinny and Gloss appeared like the picture shows. It seems very sturdy once all put together and reinforced. Cons: Some of the pieces do not line up. Mainly for the drawers and the cabinet door. There was the desk top piece that called for screws that insert and lock in, attaching it to the main side piece on the left of the desk, but the holes were not drilled out for the screws to be inserted so I relocated one of the pieces of wood that go underneath the desk for added support. The desk width is smaller than expected. I wish that desk width was longer, it would provide comfort rather than a tight space when you have computer screens up- we have 2 and it is TIGHT. We ordered the 70in Gray Desk for our reception area. It is pretty and esthetically pleasing. Again, it did not come with a shiny gloss appearance, as advertised. It takes 2 people to set up but once you have the main pieces secured the rest can be done independently based on your skills. Plan for an entire day of building. The desktop is smaller than I expected, keep that in mind. The product was shipped with plenty of equipment to put it together and extra. The instructions do not call for reinforcing the joint pieces, but small L shaped metal pieces came with it, so I used those to reinforce the desk on the inside (where clients do not see it). Those pieces allow for screwing 2 sides together for added reinforcement. I did have some trouble with the locking circle things that lock the screws in place. Often times I would turn the circle thing to lock it in place, and it would force a gap between the pieces, and it looks terrible. That is where the L shaped metal reinforcement pieces came in handy. Was it worth spending $1,300 plus shipping? NO. I definitely think the price needs to be decreased. I honestly think it is worth paying half that cost. Maybe $600-$800 at best. Sending it back is too difficult. Overall, we are happy with the desk and can make it work.
