Inspiring
Easy to read in 'bite size' fashion. Full of good ideas which made me reflect - I'm going to print off the calendar so that I can do some challenges simultaneously and check my progress. A motivational book.

A good resource, but apply common sense before starting.
This is a good book, in the main, and full of useful ideas - over half I would say are worth doing, which is plenty. As is to be expected, the author hasn't actually done all of these herself, so some aren't "tested", and there are some silly ones which people should really give some thought to the challenge before embarking upon it. The one I found most obviously untested was number 361 "Double what you save each day - You could start with a really small amount such as one pound or a pennty and then the next day save two pounds, on the third day four, and so on. Then at the end of the month either save it or treat yourself". The maths of this means that if you start by saving a penny on day one then by day 30 you'd be trying to save over five million pounds...

Inspirational
So many great ideas it's hard to know where to start - but the point is that these 30 day challenges are all achievable, so I am starting today with two that will hopefully inspire me to try more. There is something for everyone in this book - a reference tool for life!

Like a Buffet
This book is like a buffet. It has a wonderful (and nicely organized) variety and I feel there are more than a few things in here for pretty much everyone, and I think anything that doesn't leave you feeling interested, inspired, or motivated is likely going to be exactly what somebody else was looking for. Personally I've seen very few things in here that didn't at least pique my interest.

Lectures, not challenges!
Too much first person singular, too many (insulting) assumptions, meditation-bashing and ayuverdi, esoteric, buddist pushing. If you’re looking for a book of fun, horizon-widening things to challenge yourself with, without being made to feel your lifestyle has been one of bad habits, bad food, no exercise, too much tv/computer/mobile phones and is missing content or inner soul to start with, this isn`t it!

OK book
As the reviews mainly stated this had a bunch of suggested 30 day challenges, no pictures, no thrills, no extra fancy anything. however I wanted it because I am very nostaglia I like to have phyical books in front of me to mark off and say I accomplished them etc. So it does what I need it to do. so no complaints for me.

Get This Book and Get Out Of Your Rut
Surprised this book only has a couple reviews. It's a really helpful book that you can flip through and instantly find inspiring things to do. It's one that I will keep coming back to. After only 3 days of reading already taking on 3 challenges for 30 days. If you feel stuck in anyway this book might just get you out of your rut.
