How do you unwind it, do I have to press any button.

There is a small square knob on the exterior which you wind or unwind with. Just hold the cable and pull on it, and it will unwind, but hold the casing while doing so. To wind it in again, hold the casing, and turn the knob in reverse. You must hold the case steady while doing this at all times.

Is this suitable for a pressure washer or a tumble dryer? Thanks

In a nutshell, I would say no to both. The pressure washer exposes the socket and cassette reel to water, and the tumble dryer will be "pulling" a load of current. Try getting something like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Masterplug-HLP2013-2IP-Outdoor-Weatherproof/dp/B004R255VQ. Meets your needs (though slightly more expensive). Also I wouldn't recommend this cassette reel as it is rather flimsy and feels like it is going to break when winding it up.

Can I plug in the wash machine and the tumble dryer having both working at the same time?

This lead is rated for a maximum load of 10 Amps. You would need to check that the appliances you want to connect use less than 10 Amps of power.
