Great quality item. The key pad is completely cosmetic. It work like a charm with a bright, clear display and easy/ quick timer setting. It doesnt take up much size on my desk, very convenient.

I like collecting items of good industrial design: Things that are useful and beautiful at the same time, and this timer fits the bill. What a fun little thing to have on my desk. It's a beautiful object, with a crisp, colorful screen that dims to better function as a background timer. It does what it's meant to: Count down, and it does so with style. It also has a clock and an automatic Pomodoro feature that they hilariously call the "Ticktime technique" as if they invented it. It even lights up a little tomato when you're using it. Haven't had a chance to test the battery life, but I'll update this review if I have any issues.

I'm not quite sure it's worth the price I paid, especially given that the charging base is basically a plastic case with dummy buttons and could easily be removed from the product design given the little value it provides, but the main unit is very useful. I've used the cheaper (and smaller) version but I much prefer this unit for its larger display and the mechanical display that rotates when the unit is turned. It's just as useful for the Pomodoro technique as the smaller cheaper version as it only has a basic kitchen timer beep or a vibration mode. The display does get stuck sometimes, preventing the timer from triggering. It's easy to fix but perhaps an improvement that could be added to future versions. I've deducted one star for the mostly useless base and the occassionally problematic mechanically rotating display.

Works great but the bottom buttons don’t do anything

The display is bright and pretty, and I like the clock (but is military time format—ugh!). The alarm is loud enough and the design is really nice. Stars off: Doesn’t charge up all the way; the battery charge doesn’t last long so I am annoyed by that. I have to charge it weekly and there’s no audible alert that the battery is running low. This means that my adhd person will burn something on the stove because he didn’t notice the timer wasn’t charged. The case is plastic not metal and the numbers are not engraved into the plastic so if they fade, I’ll have to use stickers. Thus, the price point is too high. I look forward to an upgraded product at a fair price.

This little timer has got me trained to get up from my chair every 10 minutes to stretch and get the blood pumping. I used to have trouble being wakeful at work and this has changed the equation. It's very configurable, easy to use and I can recommend it.

The base is cool for figity but not really of any other use. The clock is perfect for keeping me focused and on task. Works well and the rotating screen always keeps it in the right direction.

This tool does exactly what it says on the tin. I use it as a timer that isn't possible to be a distraction. If I use my phone for timers it tempts me to look at everything else on my phone. The only downside is that the buttons are not programmable for custom timers, which would be awesome. All-in-all it works every time and has had 0 issues. It also has a retro look mixed with digital.

Fun little timer that helps me manage time in a distraction resistant way. While not distraction proof, this device is helpful for quickly setting alarms. it has an internal battery that lasts for a couple of weeks and doubles as a very nice desk clock too!
