Idk if I didn’t leave it long enough, or my hair color is too dark, but I cannot see any different after using it??Edit: it’s been a few months after dying my hair. the color only show at the end of my hair and a few strands, look like a highlight hair now.It works? Maybe. I think it works better on lighter color hair than black.

I used to use marshmallow brown but I tried the green/ash this time. It did turn out with an ashy tint (very subtle) for the first week but it gradually faded into brown. The colors on the picture are 1 day after, 1 month later and 3 months later.I like it and keep using it for years for a few reasons. It's easy to apply (just like your regular shampoo but let it sit for 30-40 minutes before rinsing), and it doesn't cost a lot. This doesn't damage my hair although it has that chemical smell. Hair actually feels soft and smooth after use.Tips- Wear an old t shirt that you don't mind damaging in case of drippings- Do Not wash your hair right before using this product- Use a dark color hair towel for the first few washesI haven't found any better DIY hair color products than this so I highly recommend it.

Colors shows up really nice, and it is very easy to use. It's actually foam, so it is very easy to apply to your hair without having to worry about liquids dripping all over the place. I have used this product twice, and overall I am happy with the results. The hair color will last about 4 month before starting to fade. I assume it will last longer and colors will show better if you bleach your hair, which I have not done. If you are looking for a simple way to add color or highlights to your hair, this product is very good. Highly recommended.

I purchased california beige and it barely changed my hair color. I have virgin black hair with a two bleached streaks in the front. My streaks were pale orange and they did not really change color. The only truly visible brown color is at the roots, and my hair looks black indoors. Outside, there is a subtle brown in my hair but it was not worth the damage that this dye caused.I'll admit I left the dye in for longer than specified (about an hour instead of 30 minutes), but only because other reviewers mentioned doing the same thing. Upon washing my hair, a big clump (half a handful) of hair fell out, which was pretty traumatizing. Afterwards, my hair felt extremely thin and damaged. I used the hair treatment that the box comes with and it may have helped a little, but overall I had a very bad experience with this dye. Even after leaving it in for an hour, my hair still looks pretty much black.

The product itself works great and is great for its value. However, it came out a brownish black color after I used it, I dont know if its because I did not leave it on for long enough but that's what happened. I have friends who have bleached hair and the color came out great very similar to the color of the lady on the box. Overall, a great product, very easy to use and priced fairly but I just can't convince myslef to recommend this to people who have darker hair since it doesn't work perfectly for darker hair but ofcourse that's just my two cents.

My first time try this kind of dyed it was easy quick and fun !!! I never knew that I could actually do it myself without anyone helping me! It’s just like wash your hair and wait for 30 mins the color changed and it looks great ! But one thing I can’t give this purchase 5 stars was I found that I can get it right in my area the Japanese super market and they are 5 dollars cheaper !!

So, I recently gave this hair kit a shot because my last hair color left me with some annoying red undertones, and I was eager to get rid of those without going darker. First off, I was wondering why there were no numbers on these hair colors. But, as I started using it, it clicked!Turns out, these are more like hair toners than your typical dyes. They don't overhaul your hair color; instead, they tweak the undertones. Plus, they don't dramatically lighten your hair color, maybe just about a level up (and my hair tends to grab color like it's in a hurry).If you've got bleached hair that's gone a bit brassy or has that annoying orange/yellow thing going on, this stuff works like magic. I had this level 7 bleached section that was showing off a hint of yellow, and now it's more of a level 8 without the weird undertones.Applying it is a breeze, thanks to the foamy goodness. No stressing about missing spots! It does have a bit of a chemical smell, but it's not the end of the world. And the bonus? Your hair feels crazy soft afterward.All in all, it's a champ as a toner, sorting out undertones and giving a subtle color boost. But, if you're dreaming of a whole new 'hair color' vibe, maybe look elsewhere.

My go to shade. Been using this brand and the only asian brand I will trust with my asian hair. The colour is exactly as pictured and I love that it stays on for a while before I need to re colour because of growth/fade. Its so convenient to do it at home and shower straight away. It only take 20 mins and the aftercare treatment mask makes your hair soft and smells amazing. Love it. Will continue to repurchase

The product works but not the best option for virgin black hair..i think ill need to do it again, hopefully it will work. Its easy to prep and use.

The product arrived promptly. Used the hair dye straight away, the colour is similar to what it was claimed but not very obvious.
