Organic India Shatavari, Certified Organic & Vegan, 90 Capsules

This is good quality and high potency. I have only recently tried Shatavari as I received a 10 capsule bottle of another brand to try and then ordered this when that ran out. I’ve not taken it long enough to know what the full benefits will be but it certainly lifts my mood. Seems a good price too.

Bought the capsules for someone else so I can not comment on it's quallity and effectiveness. However, received totally different packaging than the actuall that is advertised and I ordered three.

Shatavari really soothed my period cramps. I actually took it to for my eyes as I believe shatavari attends to heat in the body and sure enough my eye redness was much calmer. Overall, I'm taking a break from it as I gained a little weight whilst taking it.

I was very disappointed when I finally received this product (I think it probably came directly from India, from the packaging, so it took quite a while)I had heard so much about Shatavari, and felt it would be well worth a shot to alleviate my hot flushes.However, as breast cancer survivor, I am not allowed any kind of oestrogen supplements... and this stuff is plant oestrogen! I can't risk it, so can't tell you if it works or not.I'm particularly disappointed that it doesn't mention the oestrogen in the description - seems a bit lapse to me, when this is clearly how it achieves its results.Please be careful!

Only took 5 pills over 5 days so one a day. Made my stomach very painful. Stopped my period coming when it should of done. stopped tablets got period few days later. Would be careful of these tablets. As you don't really know what they are doing to your body. Must be quite strong as I didn't take that many. I'm unsure about them medically as a herb ?

Ordered for 3rd time. Great service. Great product. I could almost say ' i swear by it' . Price is very convenient. Arrived well before deadline.....
