Is the foot rest removable?

It’s screwed on so you could take it off if you really wanted but it does fold and slide under the chair so you can’t tell it’s there if you don’t want it

Massager. Do you have to plug in or how does it work? Is chair comfortable. I have no butt, need cushion.

The massager is really cool. All you have to do is turn it on and it's literally in your back rest. As far as long-term sitting, I have a 16 year old daughter who sits on it about 12 hours a day I would have to say if you have no but you will still be extremely comfortable.

Are the lumbar and neck pillows removable or adjustable?

They’re removable. There’s a lot more room to adjust the lumbar support pillow and have it stay put but the pillow will slide back into place every time you pick your head up. It’s a minor inconvenience to some and a deal breaker to others

Comfortable chair.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent chair, most comfortable, suits various sitting/relaxing positions.Cost included assembly, but no technician turned up, inspite of reminders to Amazon.Engaged local technician, paid him for assembly, since return date was almost near, and I needed time to return, incase any defect with item.The leg-rest is too short, only good for keeping folded legs.I recommend going for this item, but make sure you are prepared for extra cost, incase no assembly technician turns up.

Great buy.. just go for it

Packaging and delivery - 5 Stars. Received the order 15 days ahead of schedule.Assembly - 5 stars. Took about half an hour and the instructions were clear and all the necessary tools were provided in the boxLook and feel - 5 stars. Looks premium. We got the black one and it looks awesome. I had seen some other similar chairs, where the bolts we visible or the gaping was uneven - none of it here. The fit and finish was excellent. The build quality is great and very sturdy - looks like it will last a while.Useability - 4 stars. Very suitable for both work, play and relaxation.The height of the seat is adequate recaching the work desk for comfortable working.The recline is good, would have like a bit more, but sine i don't normally recline to sleep, it is adequate.The cushioning is very good, the massager is weak, but that was expected.Would have loved to give it a full 5 star, but the feet rest is a bit short. It is good for a short person, say 5'4", but for a normal person like me at 5'7" the foot rest reaches just below my knee. Another couple of inches longer frame would have made it impeccable.

No one came for installation

Worst experience, chair is good but no one came for assembling the chair. Its been 3 days and i have to call a person from outside to get it installed. No one is picking up the call on emailed phone number of installation executive.
