Such an amazing gift

Just Perfect.
I bought this as a birthday gift for my dear loved one, and I will say that I also bought other gifts to go along with this one, BUT this one was by far my absolute favorite out of the bunch. I really, really, really LOVED it. It came out so perfect! I even thought about keeping the gift, and gifting my loved one something else, lol. When they opened, they loved it. It quickly became their favorite as well. It was just perfect. Right size. Right color. Very clear. Very bright. Everything matched and was detailed. I have no complaints.

Great Mother’s Day gift
Glass came in a nice box. I got the glass as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I recently made her a new grandma so I chose a picture of her and the baby to be engraved. Great quality glass. All in all, very cute gift. She liked it a lot.

Love how this came out but there was a crack along the bottom of the inscription inside the crystal.
I ordered this as a gift to a friend that lost two of her friends recently. I love the crystal and the photo but the inscription had a crack below it inside the crystal and I didn't have time to return it or ask for a new one as I was flying out a couple days after it arrived and was giving it to her then. I'm not sure how to contact the seller and I don't want to post the picture here because it's too personal. I tried to chat with someone online to report the problem but it kept me going in circles and never connected me with a chat agent. I do love it but would have rather it not had the crack. I'm not sure how to contact the seller?

They really did a great job. My grandfather passed away last year. I had this done for his year memorial. My grandmother loved it.
