The simplest way to keep track of your health.
Simple, easy to use, and it seems to be fairly accurate, for elderly people like me, who are not very tech savvy, this is the pedometer to get, I do a lot of walking, and it's good to know how much exercise you're getting, you also have several different options to carry this device, it has a clip, you can clip it on to your sock, or shoe, waist-band, you can simply put it in your pocket, and it also has a lanyard so that you can wear it around your neck. I'm glad that I bought it.

A very simple and convenient device.
This is a very good purchase I made. This pedometer is quite simple and that is all I need to count my steps. No reason for a more pricey with bluetooth, wifi or any required attaching app which may extract information and monitor my other activities on my phone.
