I very rarely write product reviews, but I felt I had to share my reactions. I have several Chromebooks & Kindles of various vintage, but never had as much fun as this new Hoozo 10" Tab. It came up immediately out of the box (excellent packaging) with 88% bat. power. It is fast, intuitive, crisp and clear. I purchased it to replace my failing Kindle and find that the 10" is much easier, at least for me, to read than the 7" Kindle. The ap. download took about two minutes and came right up. Since I use Chrome for all my machines (even with a Windows 10 machine) I transferred everything across and the the other aps work fine. For an Amazon price of $90 delivered, I felt it a great buy. I must admit I had some reservations since it was a new product with only 12 reviews. The only downside would be the speakers, but I only use a headset anyway.Art V.

I love this phablet. It was good to go right out of the box. I bought it to read my kindle books on, my ipad had died. I found out I could a lot of good things with this device, I downloaded a gps program, and lots of apps. But basically I wanted the big screen for reading, just had to download the Kindle phone app and it works great for reading my books. Great product at a more than reasonable price, and love it that it has a phone feature. Now I can talk to my friends on my phablet while sitting on my lanai. I don't like using my cell phone as I have visual problems but the big phablet screen is just perfect for me to dial. Glad I bought it.

I purchased this tablet with the sole purpose of streaming Netflix but, no go. The Netflix app comes pre-installed and when you touch the Netflix app, it sits for about 3 seconds and then closes with a notification "Unfortunately, the Netflix app has stopped working". Ok. I tried through the default browser - same thing. I tried through the Chrome browser - same thing. I tried to uninstall / reinstall the app however, since it's pre-installed you can't uninstall it. Well, that was a waste of money, I guess I could use it as a paper weight....

I got this tablet as a replacement for a e year old nexus and didn't want to spend that much. So far it has worked like a charm. Easy setup no crashes or freeze ups. Battery life is OK. No compatibility issues.Its not cutting edge, doesn't run Android 7 or even seem to have a way to update from 6. But that's not what I needed. If you want a good performing and not expensive tablet this could be the one for you. Note I have not used the sim card feature and likely never will.

Guess I should have done more research, but it won’t do what I bought it for. Loading books from audible to its storage card & transferring to my iPod, doesn’t recognize an iPod attached via usb connector. Otherwise, it’s a great android tablet, especially for the price. Don’t like it thinking it’s a phone & forcing me to bypass all the o SIM card notifications, but having a home key gets you operating quickly. Battery life sucks, but I keep it plugged in so it’s always fully charged to start. It’s really full function, except I guess it can’t run updated OS. I think it’s @ 6.0. Just kind of fun to have for $85 & see how the android world lives. Otherwise, I’m apple with everything.

I bought this for the camera as I'm having problems getting a camera or tablet to take true to color pictures with blue color. This did the job and the other colors came out great as well, very clean and clear. it seems to be decent as a tablet too and fairly fast compared to my other tablet. Battery holds it charge well when not in use (unlike my other tablet that dies after a few days even when not being used. I like it.

ok but can not get netfix to work on it!

I have been an iPad user for years and really love it - but I had it through work. With a work change, I'm on my own. So I ordered this - and it's great for the money! Yes, it's not an iPad, and does not feel as good and the screen is not as smooth - but it's very functional with lots of features! Good buy!
