Good Material!
Most college texts may feel like a scam, but this one I genuinely may purchase outright. It has good information about writing in several situations with examples and exercises to reinforce what the chapter covered. For the subject, this was a really good text!

Unexpected visitor
The book was used and just a rental which was fine… but on page 32 there was a squished dead baby cockroach. Haha. Ew.

Poor Customer Value
So I purchase this book for my college class because my professor works directly out of the book. She assigns work out of the book for homework. I have a 70 point assignment due Sunday but for whatever reason this book so missed printed, so I am missing pages 109-140 out of my books so I am unable to complete my homework. AMAZON SOLUTION WAS ME RETURN THE BOOK, AND PURCHASE THE 40 DOLLAR EBOOK WHICH IS 20 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE BOOK I PURCHASE so I can do my homework assignment in time. As a prime member do a little more for your customers, I shouldn’t haven’t to spend 20 dollars out of my pocket for a mistake on the companies apart. Make your customers happy. I’m sure losing 20 dollars would have hurt the multi million dollar company a whole lot less than a single college student.
