Excellent for dip, but high calorie for small serving
I noticed people commented about flavor. You know, Melba toast-no matter what brand-isn't really designed to be that flavorful alone. It's more about what you top it with. These toasts are a good keto substitute for chips or higher carb crostini. I had them with white bean and feta hummus. They would also be great with a bit of bruschetta or hot artichoke dip. The only thing is that it is 70 calories for four small pieces. You will likely eat more than one serving (four pieces) so the calories can add up. I tried to give it four stars just based on the amount of calories for the tiny serving. However, if you stick to the tiny serving and use it for a snack it could be good.

Disappointed!
I received my order of low carb melba toast and unfortunately when I opened the bag, at least half of the melba toast chips where in pieces. The whole chips were tasty and satisfying. However, the seller has a responsibility to ensure that their product is packaged in such a way as to survive shipment from sellers' location to amazon and on to the end user. Not worth the $14.99 that Amazon is asking for a 4oz bag of Melba Toast chips. I was reimbursed the $14.99 once I described the problem to a helpful agent.

Not the BEST flavor alone, but a fantastic Keto option!
So the flavor is pretty bad all by itself. No lie, I almost threw them away after the first bite. But I'm glad I gave them a better chance, because I eat them with my chicken salad, tuna salad, and with whipped cream cheese, and these things are fantastic with other flavors added. You hardly even taste the weird flavor when combined with something else, and when combined with the chicken salad these are actually really freaking good! They're really crunchy, adorable bite-sized pieces of a keto toast option. They're a little pricey for my preference, but I'll buy again. And again. And again. Because I love having an easy keto option that doesn't totally compromise on flavor (unless eaten alone, I cannot stress enough that you need to eat them with something else!) and I definitely recommend it.

Familiar Taste. Fairly Fresh. Mostly Unbroken.
They came via U.S. mail. Very few were unbroken. I remembered them being a tad softer and would prefer them that way, but these are reasonable enough to eat plain or put anything I desire on top of them. I probably will purchase them again. I had to lower to four stars because many of them taste fishy, like old cooking grease.

Tastes Good - Pricey - Broken Chips
Tastes good for a low-carb food. Just a bit pricey. Too many broken chips noticed in 2nd box. At most, received 3 servings of 4.

Great with cheese
I eat these with Brie bites. Satisfies my need for crunch and it’s low carb.

I actually like this stuff. Amazing.
I despise any diet-labeled food, whether low-carb, low-fat, low-calorie, low-sugar, sugar-free, gluten-free, oatmeal-posing-as-meat, whatever. Such foods tend to be very expensive, oddly flavored and/or textured, and leave nasty, lingering aftertastes. They can make you eat even more, screw up your blood chemistry with weirdly unbalanced nutritional values, and their ingredients can have undesirable side effects, such as bloating, gassiness, stomach cramps, diarrhea, headaches, etc.The real problem, though, is that they'll never fool anyone into thinking they're the real thing, so they're ultimately unsatisfying. Sooner or later, you'll drag your bloated, gassy carcass to the nearest Krispy Kreme and...there goes the diet. It's a little weird, then, that I actually like this low-carb melba toast round and simply regard it as "food," not "diet food."The texture is a little odd, I'll admit--it tends to leave slightly rubbery flakes in your mouth that take a bit of chewing but don't taste bad and I kinda like them. And the garlic/onion flavor is a bit overdone--I'd prefer it if they could cut back on that by about 10%. OTOH, that might be disguising the flavors, so what do I know? When it's time for a snack, I'll scoop out 7 or 8 rounds, add some potted cheese or meat, and I'm set.If you're trying to reduce the amount of carbs in your life, for whatever reason, give these a shot. They're a great alternative to those "just spread it on a zucchini slice instead of a cracker" suggestions that nobody in their right mind would try more than twice. They are a wee bit expensive for what you get, but the flavor is strong enough that it doesn't take many to satisfy.

Tiny
I thought these would be the size of regular melba toast. They are more like the size of a crouton. Too small to even use for dip. Also they dont taste like onion or garlic at all. It tastes like bland rye bread or something. Disappointing.
