Dinosaur Electronics FAN 50 PLUS PINS 12V DC Universal Ignitor Board with Fan Control

This is a great replacement for my control board on my Domestic Furnace. Very easy to install. The instructions are so easy to read. This fixed my furnace from not staying lit. You can tell it is built much better than the factory one. It is a perfect fit! It is definitely work the money!

I am replacing my ignition board again.Let ne just come out and say this now.This seller and there product is with out a doubt the best quality you will find.We have heat now! Extremely Happy Customer here.Let me explain...I bought a board from a different seller on Nov 19 2023 I paid $117.86I passed on the $40 & $50 boards on Amazon. Well I noticed today that my previous pricy board seriously malfunctioned to the point I had a small explosion, gas solenoids got slightly melted but still work, the wires on them melted, the fans purge cage melted 1/3 of its fan blades off.I will post pictures later.Your product was worth every penny. I can relax now.

A few weeks ago the furnace on our 2005 Fleetwood Expedition 34H motorhome quit working. Based on the symptoms- it would do absolutely nothing after the thermostat clicked on indicating it should fire up. No blower, no burner, not even a click at the furnace. Although I was not positive, the signs (and a few voltage checks) seemed to indicate a bad control board. SO glad I chose this as a replacement. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition (at an Amazon drop location near where we were camping). The board was a PERFECT MATCH. The instructions were clear and straightforward and the replacement was simple- one wing nut and a few connectors. There was also a tech support number to call in case of any questions or problems. The furnace works perfectly now and based on other reviews I thing this board will last as long as the RV- or maybe longer! 😁 Great product, will definitely buy again if the board on our second (identical) furnace ever fails.

I installed this control board for our Suburban Furnace (SF-35VHQ) in our 2023 Forest River Salem Grand Villa 42 view. First off you’re probably thinking wow, already needing to make a repair on a 2023. The answer is yes! The original control board is pretty cheap, you can really see the difference when you have this Dinosaur Electronics board in your hand to compare it to. My issue was that I would turn the heat on and nothing would happen, no fan nothing. I paid an RV repair tech 350 dollars to install a new sail switch and it worked for one night, then same thing. I would recommend getting this board, a sail switch and an over heat switch all new. Depending on how much you need your heat i would have spare parts on hand. I didn’t find an exact video with info for my situation so i wanted to put this out there to help anyone else in need.

Top notch build specification. quality, and components. My barely-a-year-old 5th wheel furnace stopped igniting regularly, sometimes yes, sometimes no. After looking at the obvious culprits: blocked vents, sail switch, limit switch, propane feed, etc., the problem turned out to be the Chinese made control board which came with the furnace. After much research I found out many positive web reviews for Dinosaur Electronics Fan 50 Plus Pins board. Rather than sticking to another original board I purchased the Fan 50. Installation was a breeze since it has the same dimensions and connections as the original one. The furnace has not missed a beat since installation. I did notice that a red LED light would come on and remain on when the furnace was running (flame on) and since typically a red light of any kind in many electronics can indicate a malfunction I called Tech Support at Dinosaur electronics. My call was picked up immediately and I talked directly with a real life tech, who advised that is normal operation for the Fan 50. Red LED on means the furnace has ignited and is running with no faults.Strong real person Tech Support in Oregon, made in the USA, top notch build quality, a solid 3 year warranty, and reasonable price. What more can you ask for? If your RV furnace board goes out, do yourself a favor and buy this, don't bother with a Chinese made board. In fact I recommend you buy one and keep it at your RV in case the original Chinese-made board in your furnace dies. Cheap insurance.
