This is really good, much better than I thought it would be. We've used it for pancakes and biscuits. It's different than wheat flour for taste and texture in them, but not bad. We also use it for breading on chicken, fish and rabbit. Can't tell it from wheat flour in this application. Will be buying it again.

This product is wonderful...I have been making gnocchi with just the cassava flour, eggs and water, it works very well! Next I'm going to try making pizza crust...can't wait! :)

never going back to white flour again

Worked well but had a super stinky smell anytime the bag was open. We usually buy the Anthony brand but gave this a try. Good flavor, just stinky.

It’s really gritty...like crunching sand on n your baked goods.

Item arrived quickly and didn't have a weird smell like other reviews stated but it felt like it contained bits of sand in it. When we made buns, I had to throw them out because they were gritty and made that distinct feeling of when you accidentally eat a piece of sand.
