Can these pair to multiple devices at once?

They can not. I had to disconnect from my phone to connect to my IPad.

Can each be used independently for phone calls?

I almost always only use 1 earpiece and I switch between the two and they both work great for calls.

Is the part of the device that wraps around the back of your ear flexible?

Yes. You can squeeze it once it’s on to fit tighter to your ear.

Does the case support wireless charging?

I don’t think so. I didn’t see any thing in the directions to say it was capable of witless charging. The charge last a long time so plugging it in isn’t a problem.
