I really like Raj's review from Oct 2019 ..and completely agree with everything he said. This Zinc, also known as Sucrosomial zinc was invented in Italy in 2018. The only place to find it is with this product here by Pure Encapsulations and then also with nootropics depot's zinc supplement product. This zinc is entirely different than EVERY other zinc supplement out there. I get my plasma zinc tested every 90 days and this has VERY much worked. Just wanted to take a minute to say ..for those who have found this product and are now reading the reviews ..YES ..this is it. You've found it.

These zinc capsules are easy to swallow and absorb well.

I take zinc to keep my skin clear. Through a combination of dietary changes and specific supplements, I have managed to rid myself of acne that I have had for the past 15 years. Zinc is one those supplements that I take everyday. The best food sources of zinc are (from highest content to lowest) oysters, red meat, dark meat poultry, and pumpkin seeds. If you are not eating one or more of these foods then you are most likely deficient in zinc. Most other foods are very low in zinc. Unlike with other minerals like iron, the human body is not capable of storing zinc, therefore it is important to get zinc everyday. I have tried several forms of zinc and this is the best one so far. Zinc oxide and zinc gluconate didn’t work and studies have shown that these forms are not well absorbed anyways. Zinc citrate gave me digestive issues. Zinc picolinate gave me an irregular heart rate and chest pain. I have taken about 60 doses so far of this UltraZin and I have not had any side effects at all. I am grateful that a product like this exists.

Pills are small and easy to swallow. I try to take zinc daily and this does the trick.

Most magnesium products make both of us really overly fatigued..This doesnt...yet it helps us sleep. And seems to help with muscle type discomfort.. We are in our 70's..We must have tried 10 other brands and types, this is an amazing product in our opinion.
