I use the steamer for cleaning in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. It is simple to use. Tap water goes into the unit with funnel and measuring cup provided. I fill it properly and the steaming unit takes about three minutes to heat up and then it produces steam for about 20+ minutes of use time. It does an excellent job. Most of the time, the steam evaporates immediately, leaving no residue. I did notice that on hard or shiny metal, it will condense and leave water on the object. If you are cleaning the outside of a toilet or other porcelain or metal object, be sure to carry a rag to wipe the water and grim off of the item you are cleaning. The room usually even smells better, and cleaner. The cord is only six feet long, so make sure you have an appropriate extension cord so you can clean the entire room(s).

This machine works very well for the price. Really love it! I have a baby and have recently been looking into alternatives to harsh chemicals to clean the house. This is a great product to help me with this! I can even steam my daughter's stuffed animals and toys and know they're clean without having to use chemicals ( cause the toys inevitably end up in her mouth! ). Also it removed hard, sticky and gooey spots that regular cleaning could not dissolve. My countertops are white ceramic tiles with white grouting. After a few minutes of steaming my countertops are gleaming and look brand new. Among the many attachments are a window cleaner and a clothing steamer. It heated up quickly, produced the steam well and was easy and comfortable to use. Overall I am really happy with it.

I finally got a chance to try my new steamer and once I did as the directions said I plugged it in and no steam has come out. I reread all the directions and made sure that I did not do anything wrong. I feel that the product is defective and I really was looking forward to using it in my home. What should I do now? It has water in it but when I push the on switch nothing happens.

Steamer works great. The only problem I have with it is taking the top off to refill is extremely difficult. I have arthritis and you have to push down and turn at the same time to open and it dies not always open on the first try. One time I had to get my husband to pry top off.

Not sure what this steamer might clean? I have a new house that definitely does need deep deep clean and this was not even able to clean the grout on the floor in my shower. Maybe steam some clothes?

It didn't clean the items I thought it would. Strength of the steam is not strong enough. Difficult to use because you have to push a button upward and push down at the same time. The cord is not long enough to do things like the shower so you need to use an extension cord.

just started out fine until one day it just would not create steam anymore. Disappointed because I really enjoyed using it.

This little guy is pretty good! I love being able to clean the bathrooms without strong cleansers. Only bad thing it doesn’t hold a lot of water & you have to wait till the entire device cools to be able to add more water to keep going... only draw back from this device.
