I know now that my grip strength is far greater than this equipment can handle. How do I know ?I used it at max capacity and it broke.I'm not disrespecting the equipment I'm praising it for increasing my grip strength. That's how it should be.When the very equipment you train with breaks that's when you know your strength has surpassed its limits. Considering the equipment is in strong condition to begin with.Onto 150 lbs now.If you're a rookie start with the low capacity ones then slowly upgrade it to higher ones because your arm needs time to adapt to the change in strength. Don't get cocky and start with the heavier ones. Go slow and smooth with your training.Ensure safety.

The elastic bands have different levels that attracted me. The hand grip is also good but the cap of at the nut keeps falling out. Needs to be made stronger. Seeing me using the product, my friend also purchased one.

The grip is quiet good.. but those rubber bands are not that useful.. I found it defective as one of those has a big cut..
