I take one daily as maintenance. If I feel a cold/flu coming on I take 3 to 4 a day. I have religiously followed this regiment all winter long and have not caught the bug this season while everyone else around me at work has. Also good to take when flying and your in tight quarters travelling being exposed to a lot of colds/flu.

I think this needs reporting..on this bottle of Bio Immunozyme Forte.. The inside seal was not completely vacuumed sealed.The cover also was not twisted tight enough for my liking..Although the plastic wrap outside the cover was not broken..I have never had an issue like this before from this company..Sothat said...I would like to know what you would like to do about it..?Thank you,NBrockney
