Im a pretty big guy and the seats in my Jeep are all the way back and tilted back. Do the seats have to be moved up for this to fit?

I'm 6'2" and get by ok. I put the top up real loose, then move the seats back as far as I can before tightening the straps. The seats definitely push/stretch the top back but it doesn't seem to be an issue - mine is holding together fine and I just let it stretch. I can get the seat back pretty much all the way, but it definitely isn't tilted back as far as I would normally have it without the top on. All in all it beats getting wet and I use the top up most of the spring and fall and it doesn't bother me, I get used to the seat position just fine. For the price of this one I would definitely go for it. If it becomes an issue you could always just lengthen the straps with an extra piece of fabric so the top can stretch back a little further - not sure how good of a closed cabin you would get with this approach though.

How does this connect to the duster cover? And will it work on a jku?

There is a zipper on the Cab Curtain that zips to the Cargo Cover. This application is for a JK 2 door, it will not fit on a JKU 4 door.

Can it be rolled up or down and only used when raining?

Hello! No, you can not roll it up or down. You would need to completely remove it.
