Great for storage! Nothing beats glass! No toxic plastic residues! Seals air tight and color helps protect against UV damage and loss of potency and nutritional value! Very handy size! Use these for all my medicinal herbs, supplemental powders and organic ingredients as a great way to avoid toxins from the various forms of plastics and other coatings commonly found in food storage containers! If you bother to buy organic and have spent the money on great ingredients, you should go the extra mile to protect your ingredients/foods from storage container toxins...also keeps ingredients fresher and drier! Highly recommend!

These are great short jars (3.75" tall) that still hold 16oz, but fit under my kitchen spice rack. They are made from amber colored glass, that makes them great for the kitchen. I put nutritional powders in them so they are protected from light and moisture. The wide mouth makes them easy to clean and fit storage items.

These are so hard to come by and i am glad I was able to purchase them finally! I use them to store my sea moss as the amber keeps the refrigerator light from affecting the product. Great buy!!

Was a great value for amber colored jars. Love them.

I bought these to store dried herbs on my counter. After a couple weeks' use, I picked one up by the neck and it split in half, spilling (& wasting) my herbs all over the counter. Luckily I didn't get cut, but there was obviously a flaw in the glass for it to crack in such a manner. I'm just glad I wasn't canning anything as I'm sure the jar would've exploded in my pot. I reached out to Ball about the issue but haven't heard from them yet.

Exactly as advertised. I use these to store looseleaf tea in. I find that these jars are a good size for storing around 4 oz of looseleaf black tea, although the density varies pretty significantly. The tight sealing lids should hopefully keep them fresh for a long time and hopefully keep other odors from leaching in, as tea can pick up outside smells easily. The dark glass should keep light from degrading the tea as well.

I love these jars. They are perfect. The wide mouth is easy to get my hands in to clean and the amber shade is just what I needed. Shipped perfectly, nothing was broke when they arrived. I'm very happy and pleased with the product.
