Xtra care nappy pads r really good to use with cloth diapers and it does not cause any rash..however not good for poop as it does cause leakage from the sides at times. This is really good if it is changed every 2 hours as recommended by the manufacturers. Still nt very good to hold poop. If ur looking into budget and thinking diaper vs nappy pads..I wd recommend pampers diaper as it is leak proof. Nappy pads are really good for new borns 0 to 1.5 month as the movement is lesser in them.

Pros: The price is very good. Cheapest I've seen so far for the amount. Also, it does absorb a good amount when it catches the poo/pee. Cons: There's no side walls, so there's very high chances of leakage. Also, the biggest con for me, is that the sticky tape doesn't extend throughout the whole pad... It's only on the ends. So these actually don't stick well to the nappy for lack of adhesive. There are other brands with the adhesive on the whole pad.

Value for money. Very good for infants and newborns or till they start moving thier legs. I found it easy to use on cloth nappies and even better than diapers for day time wearing as they allow baby skin to breath and are loose and soft on them. Good for holding pee for couple hours but poop not so good. But as newborns poop a lot, pads are easier to change as compared to diapers. I used these good for 2 months for my new born.

i read some negative reviews here, but they need to learn how and when to use these nappy pads. if you are expecting something like diapers then forget. rather it is much better than diapers, keeps baby's dry and aired while in cloth nappy and you can use this for any age baby. mine is 10 months.when we are going somewhere with our baby for short time, like 1 or 2 hours, we need not to use diapers, this nappy pad is sufficient

Product quality has deteriorated to poor quality

We used nappy pads / diapers from more than 4 different brands, and think this one and the xtracare elastic variants from same brand are best nappy pads you can get for your baby. Nappy pads are more comfortable for baby as they tend to give less rashes..with them being open and somewhat more airy than diapers. However, it may be cause inconvenience for parent and person taking care of baby as Nappies are not 100% leak proof..adding to more work and care. So you may have to choose between baby's comfort or parents convenience!!
