REALLY great kit of exercise things. My husband had been using a lot of makeshift things to create his pulley system. This kit has been a game changer. All of the items pictured came, and he's been able to swap out his old system with many parts from the new. Everything is excellent condition, and it's exciting to see him excited about working out again! (And I especially love that he's not close to breaking fingers anymore with that makeshift pulley system he was using!) My husband's favorite part: The olympic bar thing. He explained to me that regular weights that go on bars are about an inch across, but olympic ones are like, two inches across. Now he's able to lift them without them shifting around on a smaller bar. Pretty awesome.

Between the time I got this DIY pulley set attachments and the time I'm reviewing, it looks like this listing has updated to be a whole gym weigh stack thing. This review is just for the DIY pulley set!The set came with two pulleys, two cables, 6 carabiners with no weight rating, and some crimps to get everything attached. There were also some attachments: rope handle, three nylon straps with D-rings, two nylon handles, a loading pin with olympic adapter, and a wide grip lat pulldown. The lat bar comes in three pieces so they could get the whole thing in a smaller box, and I didn't realize that. It attaches together with screws, and I'm not super confident in the whole setup. The rest of the parts are pretty good quality. The rope is thick but has some flexibility. The pulleys come with some mounting hardware, but there are no instructions to set anything up. Plenty of guides online though! Everything was packed well.I would probably not get this again. There are other setups that offer more instructions and better turnkey operation. As a box of parts, this was sort of frustrating.

I recently started to build a little gym at home. Got a cage and this is a great pulley system to add to my set up. It is quite sturdy and rolls with ease to pull the weights correctly. I like all of the attachments it comes with for the different upper body exercises. Since it has 2 rollers, you can definitely configure it to do some leg exercises as well. Great add to my little gym!

This is an awesome portable weight lifting system. The attachments work on my olympic weight spotter/arm workout system giving me more options. The pulleys and cables are strong and easy to set up. It accepts both standard and olympic weights. That I can use these for both my home system and at the court at the lake where I set up the pulleys gives me freedom to work out when and where I want.

All the attachments worked great on my lat pull down machine an Smith machine.
