Is this knife sharp enough to get through french breads and sourdoughs easily? Thanks in advance!!

I have sliced everything from thinly sliced tomatoes to crusty french bread. I love this knife. bagels. english muffins, sweet bread, muffins, heavy, crusty bread all perfectly sliced, love the adjustable blade guide from the thinnest to the largest slice no problem. Can you tell I REALLY love this knife??

Does the deli pro knife have guide for left hand use?

my answer is , "it depends". When I use it for tomatoes, I have a hard time because I like to slice horizontally. In this case it cuts like a "left handed knife" and I'm right-handed.
