Good product
The media could not be loaded. Very good product with ok ok hitting ability but works for me as i also have kids around and keeping food worm is my priority and not extremely hot.

The media could not be loaded. Completely poor quality of product,, found holes in trays because of rust... Completely dissatisfied with the product, customer service also very poor , not caring on customer complaint, and finally requesting you all Do not purchase, don't waste your money............don't buy , we believe only Amazon over any other shopping apps,requesting you Amazon do not sell this kind of products , you will lose of customer loyalty....

Poor quality
This product is a very useful one but not at all value for money. The quality of steel and plastic is really poor. The handle breaks on the lightest of touch. Steel is also very poor quality. At this price this is really a poor product

Quality and safety
Very poor on quality and safety. you get electric shock on touching the food containers. Top it all made a request for return of the product and a refund. It's been 20 days the product is still not picked up nor have I got of a refund till date.

Really Nice Item
Just received the food warmer/server. Looks good. Quality and finishing sizes of pans, plastic of lids, power cable every thing looks fine and more than satisfactory. About working I can say only when I use it may be next week.
