Wrong volume
The handi is very good quality, but size is definitely bigger than 650 ml. Will help if the manufacturer gives accurate measurements.

Capacity is 1 litre and not 650 ml. V good quality

Good quality. Incorrect size.
Good quality material. But size mentioned in the description is incorrect. It can hold 1.1 litre if you fill till the neck of the vessel. 1.3 litre if you fill to the brim. But description says 650ml. Otherwise the product is good. Expensive though.
