This is a great product. I had a bulky nebuliser that was powered through a cord and after a few years it stopped working.I looked for something small, portable and efficient and found this. Dr Teust being a trustworthy brand I did not hesitate to buy this.Works as stated. No noise. Very light weight. Has a lid over the reservoir so the liquid doesn’t spill.One of the best features is its auto power-off function when it recognises that there is no medicine in the reservoir.A great product. Highly recommended.

I purchased this product on 26th January 2025, and by 9th March, it had already stopped working. For a medical device that's supposed to support people with respiratory issues, this is absolutely unacceptable.What followed was a complete nightmare. I contacted customer support and was met with copy-pasted, unhelpful responses for over 10 days. Finally, on 19th March, they arranged a pickup for repairs. I waited a whole month, only to receive the product back on 19th April in the exact same faulty condition.When I contacted them again, they had the audacity to tell me, “We repaired it, but the chamber is faulty and needs to be purchased separately as it’s a spare part and not covered under warranty.”Let me be very clear – this is a medical device, not a toy. The way Dr Trust handles its customers and their health is downright pathetic. They show no urgency, no care, and absolutely no responsibility for the quality of their product or service.I would strongly advise against purchasing any Dr Trust product. Save your time, money, and more importantly, your health by choosing a more reliable brand.

This ultrasonic is an excellent product and very handy during emergencies. Light weight, extremely portable and easy to use. However, there is a weak point I noticed. Apart from the sensitive dispenser, the battery compartment lid is extremely vulnerable to damage if you happen to drop it accidentally on a hard surface.The hinge of the lid is a made of a tiny plastic protrusion. Mine broke off when I accidentally dropped it. There's no replacement option. I had to improvise and fix it using a tiny bit of a safety-pin rod. Fortunately, it worked better than the original hinge 😊. Attaching a snapshot of the device post fix.

I already purchased 1 unit of Dr. Trust Nebulizer on Oct 2018 & that helped my dad so much that is why I ordered one more unit for backup.Best Features of this product:-1)It is very handy, fits in palm perfectly.2)Easy to use just fill the top with solution & press start button.3) Works on battery + USB charging cable (We use it on USB charging only with our power bank)4) The soundless operation, it does not make a sound at all so it is a blessing to use in quiet night times without disturbing family members.5) Beautiful design with blue light glowing at the top when it is operating looks superb.6) The vapor coming out of this nebulizer is of better quality than that from traditional nebulizers so it is a blessing for asthmatic patients like my dad.7) It comes with a beautiful handy carry bag so we can carry it anywhere with ease.8) Goodies like the thermometer are included in the package which is beautiful.Simply go for this nebulizer you will thank me for sure.

The product is good but it did not worked even in its first use as the medicine chamber could not lock. On contacting Dr Trust, they simply said no for any kind of assistance. Really bad experience with their attitude for the customers.

I recently bought this travel-size nebulizer for an upcoming trip. To give a background, I avoid travel during the pollen season since I am allergic and surely get asthmatic attacks every year during April - as data for the last 35-odd years would indicate. This year, I couldn't avoid travelling and didn't want to carry a traditional - bulky and heavy - nebulizer that would require a power source to run. Hence came in my search for something portable and reliable. Must say this product delivered on all fronts and more. Looks beautiful, made of high-quality material, easy to use and very functional. I will retire my old bulky nebulizer that was a companion for so many years. Using and storing this device is just so much more convenient! Would highly recommend this product.
