Its tastes exactly like sugar. I am.using it for.3 months. Its pretty expensive. U get the equal taste of the sugar when u add 2 spoons of this erythritol for one spoon of sugar. If u want to substitute 2 spoons of sugar with erythitrol.. u need to add 4 spoons of erythritol to get equal taste. As far as erythitrol is concerned its much safer than any sugar free product. Your body doesnt metabolize this and its excreted through urine.Review on my 4th purchase:All the first 3 purchase are good. I ordered two on my 4th purchase. It looked different. The texture is like its damp and a slight difference in taste too. Dont know what happened.Now on my 8 purchase, they have retained the old quality after my 6 the purchase. Wish they cut down the cost little more.

The sweetness is very less, which is expectedBut the more you put the more it's bitter flavour gets addedAnd then it tastes weird. But it's a good alternate for a low carb sweetener

Good product for those on keto.. i didn't find after taste.. only thing its an expensive sugar because u need to put 3 times the normal to get desire taste..Simple ration 1:3 so normally if u were 1table spoon of ur normal sugar so u need to put 3 tablespoons of this to get taste ..So simple 50 rs kg a normal sugarThis is 850 rs kg .. ultimately costing approx 2500rs kg ...So making it very expensive..

A tad expensive but if you are buying it I assume the intention is to go low on sweetness and accordingly will consume less even though it has no visible impact on Glyecmic load. The only brand I have tried so cannot do a comparative analysis but good enough and it's true you need to add double the quantity of table sugar for same level of sweetness

We have been ordering this earlier as well n have no complains with the product.This time, the boxes of Erythritol we’re cracked/broken with the contents - either empty or strewn all over the packaging !!!

Its a nice product. I havent tried other sweeteners but this one is good substitute for me. Its less sweeter than normal sugar. I guess dats how its supposed to be. Costly also but nice.
