The nectar consistency is perfect to just drink from the cup container it comes in. The honey consistency is thicker, but still able to use cup it comes in. No spoon or straw needed.

Q: If I take a sip at bedtime, do I need to brush my teeth again?

It's water, why would you need to brush again??
