My apologies.... our taffy does not contain soy lecithin. It contains Sunflower Lecithin. Hopefully that makes a big difference for your needs.

No it doesn't contain but it does contain egg whites!

Whether left in the cupboard or put in the refrigerator, this taffey has the consistence of tooth paste. I open the wrapper and have to scrape it off.

I keep it in the refrigerator and it peels off the wrapper perfectly.
