Great value first off. Easy to swallow. Has great health benefits. The size of the pills are not big at all like I expected. I've noticed I've slept better. Which is huge for me. I took three tablets in the morning as directed.I felt OK most of the day and then I absolutely could not sleep all night and had to call into work the next day because my lungs and heart felt like they were being crushed. it’s been two days since I’ve taken it and I’m still feeling like my chest is somewhat being crushed.

Esta muy buena esta composición de ingredientes que hacen el efecto esperado de elevar o mantener el buen estado de humor, hasta el punto que podria sustituir alguna medicina antidepresiva convencional.Recomendable aunque estoy buscando algo similar pero un poco más barato y de igual o mayor cantidad.
