Tropiclean Fresh Breath Skin and Coat Water Additive, 473 ml

WARNING - our dog had similar funny turn to those described by previous reviewer (Oct 2014) after we started using this additive. She's 17 (hence bad breath!) but otherwise normally fit and well. A few days after we started putting this in her water she became unsteady, veering off to one side and collapsed, looking like she'd had a fit or stroke. After a long sleep she recovered fully, thank goodness, but we'd thought it was all over for her. I remembered reading that review which had rung warning bells for me but not loud enough - I shouldn't have risked it. I am going to take this stuff to the vet and ask whether they think it could be responsible for these funny turns: will update this review if they can give me any answers.... It didn't help her breath either by the way!

within half an hour of giving this to my dog he was foaming at the mouth and being very sick. not natural at all.

Does what is says on the bottle and it does not stop my dog from drinking water with this in. Must say, it does help.

On our second bottle. Our rescue puppy had quite bad breath and after using this for a few days breath smells lovely, coat healthy and shiny and the bottle lasts ages - one capful per big bowl. I have recommended it to several people in the park who have also found it works really well. I love my dogs but HATE dog breath - everyone's a winner!

Dog seems to love it - and her breath seems better, although it needs to be constant to work (well we also brush our teeth regularly, right?)I also use this with Yumega oil and her coat is in great condition.
