It's not recommended for beginners. Use only if you have 1-2 years of experience
Nice strings. The colour is kindof reddish yellow rather than pure gold colour... Sounds fresh. Go for it if you have bit of experience cuz these put a little bit pressure on the finger .. if your beginner go for the green or the orage packet with low gauge... Otherwise good for both fingerstyle and strum ... It's has good value for money but tax is quite concerning... It feels a bit tight than usual strings that comes with new guitars

Smooth, warm and harmonic.
I just wanted to restring my Epiphone PRO-1 Acoustic and first thing comes in mind is D'Addario Acoustic strings. Previously I purchased D'Addario EZ890 Bronze Superlight which gives pretty bright, clear and crisp sound providing little ease while playing. This time I wanted something with light, warm and mellow sounding strings and needless to say after much R&D I decided to go for this one (D'Addario EJ26 Acoustic 11-5). And I am quite sure I got the best one in the market. I really loved them, they feel great as well as sounds great. PROS: 1)Very light and gives smooth transition maybe because of phosphor bronze. 2) As per the description, warm and bright and balanced tone. 3) Since they are light and smooth which ultimately helps bending and playing lead with ease. 4) Feels great for chords too could it be open or barre CONS: 1) Maybe because of their custom light guage (0.11-0.52) it could break easily with little high tension, so my kind suggestion is to take a little extra care while you restring your guitar. Overall I would give 5 Stars for this phenomenal product from D'Addario, they never disappoint.

Buy these regularly for a present for someone, and have done for years as these are the guitar strings which he likes. Have been buying them off of ebay,but found a offer on Amazon and get them for a excellent price, far cheaper than ebay ath the moment. He likes the quality and sound that these strings produce, and they always come in handy.
