You can buy it without having second thought. I am using it in my kitchen since three months and the result is mesmerizing. It instantly heates the water like at a boiling temperature and the local technician who installed it was saying that build quality of racold is very powerful. The water heater is instant & works beautifully. This is the best brand when it comes to water heaters, only problem is the accessories.The package doesn't have anything else except the water heater. Please buy the following yourself1) Screws2) Inlet & Outlet tubes (bought Racold set)3) Plug topEven screws & plug top together wouldn't cost more than 50, still these people don't want to give along with product. Installation is expensive if done by company service center, so call your local electrician to get it done cheap.Good brand but has no extra value beyond the brand name.

The product is good. I have installed it with the help of local electrician. But the product was not working. After the delivery a complaint was raised automatically. Then the service agent had come and inserted the heater rod to make it work. I am not sure whether it is not coming along with the device. Anyways after that it is perfectly fine. No other complaints. The service was free because of the warranty period. So do not worry if the red light do not get turned on at the first attempt. The service which I mentioned has to be done and it will be working perfectly.

I have received a 2019 manufactured product on December 2023. The product does not work the way it should. The heating is very mild and that too only when using a Tap. It doesn't work with the Shower. I came to know about the manufacture year only when I called the technician and he informed me after checking it. Now the window to return is over and am stuck with an outdated substandard product.
