Does this product contain silicone?

Can someone please tell me exactly, exactly what to do,how to do it,how long to leave it on,and what will happen if polish is left on too long?

I followed the directions exactly as stated on the bottle. Apply with a dry cloth in circular motions. When hazy (a few minutes), wipe off. I have never left it on longer than recommended, so I can't answer the last part of your question.

My guitar head stock is developing a cloudy finish. Will this product fix it?

I have found the 3 Step program very good at cleaning and polishing grime from guitars . If your problem is the finish itself deteriorating, probably not.......
