Outstanding Ginger
Utterly outstanding product. I use it for medicinal purposes. I take a good teaspoon a day. I love ginger, so if you love ginger this is the item for you. The only thing that I'm a bit disappointed is the price went up by $6 yep, this size does last you a bit. Everything about this product is good. Ease of use, the way it's sealed, the texture........ Texture........ I love the texture.

Love sushi ginger. The can is small but tastes great. This item is good to have available if you have nausea issues.

Restaurant quality pickled ginger
This ginger is sliced nicely and has a great taste, it is restaurant quality. I was surprised at how much was actually in the jar (quite a LOT) The taste is great, tangy but sweet. I recommend it.

BEWARE! China vs Fiji
Be wary.Two boxes of 12 jars were delivered today (over one hundred Simoleans). Oneparcel never arrived, but as soon as I popped open the box to put the jars away from storage, I saw the color was off from the usually bright yellow.I looked at the label and it reads FIJI.I opened one to taste test, and while not rancid, it is not like what the China sourced ginger tastes like, sweet/delicate/great flavor.The Fiji sourced does pack a little more heat.If you had this and the label did not state a location, then it was the China sourced product.Look at the photos.TL;DRThe China source = 5 stars.The Fiji source = 1 star.Total = 3 stars.

Excellent quality but too expensive for regular use

Most recent order was disappointing,
Have ordered this product repeatedly, and it had been consistently good quality. The last two jars I ordered, however, were not. The ginger was old, dark and bland. Have no idea what the problem was, but they were both sub-par. Ick. Ended up tossing them both.
