Keep in mind blood pressure never stays the same in our body, it fluctuates naturally and thats fine.🔥Arrhythmia indicator works and very helpful. I have tested it and it works as intended.🔥Also the device tells you if you have properly wrapped the cuff or not during measurement, thats helpful.🔥The resting indicator works fine although sometimes gets confused. If it detects unwanted movement during measurement it will warn you and you can redo.👍The cuff is latex free and high quality and it fits all hands from children to bodybuilders.👍4 user can use this device as there is 4 memory slots & in each slot there is provision of storing 30 readings. Therefore total readings in memory: 4x30=120👍Also it tells you the average of all the readings in one memory slot. You can keep one slot clear and measure BP 3 times and afterwards when you visit memory for that slot you'll get average of last three readings. I do this hack since there is no average button for last three readings.👍At the side there is a colour scale green, yellow, orange, red which shows the severity of your condition based on readings. Useful for people who forgets the numerical value for normal blood pressure.👍It shows date & time and 2 alarm can be set to remind you to measure your BP twice a day at your convenient time.⚠️4 x AA batteries have been given free and it on them. Alternatively you can run it on mains power adapter also provided in box. The 3W power adapter is rated at 6V-0.6A and is made in China. CAUTION: NEVER USE POWER ADAPTER WHILE THERE IS BATTERY IN THE DEVICE. Power adapter is useful only when the battery dies because without battery the device can keep track of date and time and alarms.👍The build quality is awesome from device to cuff to power adapter, everything. The product has a tamperproof authenticity seal. 5 years warranty.👉🏼There is two ports (holes) each on left & right side of the device. The left-upper hole is for cuff-air tube socket & the right-lower hole is for power adapter socket. At first you have to set time & date on first start. Excellent product with almost accurate readings. Was looking for product with accurate or almost near reading product coz my parents are senior and need to monitor BP for hypertension or high BP. The product came with adapter and 4 batteries. Even the Main unit is very sturdy. As well as the cuff are good.The unit is very sensitive to movements, so for correct readings one needs to be stable or it will show movement indicator.I tried the readings atleast 15-20 times and the difference was 3-8 points. This is a genuine review plz check the photographs of readings also. While taking readings plz follow the instructions provided in manual will help lot.

I bought this product on Dussehra sale @1750 as this model supplied with AC adaptor as compared to other models. Machine is working well, but readings inconsistency may be there. Option is there to store 04 user readings can be stored and can be recall at any time, but with my machine ,i am unable to retrieve stored readings. then i replaced with another machine, with in a 02 days after replace request.still facing same problem in readings storage/recall issue. I tried to do extended warranty registration on Beaurer website, but when i submit data, finally it is showing error, unable to register since 03 days. then i sent a mail to Beaurer c.care, they give a no. to cnt about this problem. That person told that some problem is going on warranty registration since 01 month and he again gave another person no (Hyderabad) to contact.n today i contacted that person, he is telling no need to do registration, bill is sufficient.i think customer care about any issue is not good from Beaurer, simply they passing the ball to other's court, instead of solving. my advice is better to choose other brands

Always incorrect readings.Stop making this kind of health devices.

Good product. Having the approval of European Hypertension Society was confidence booster.If compared with Indian / Chinese brands, it's bit slow but accurate.We had few concerns before buying the product and hence we connected with the company representative in India. They gave us enough confidence about the service and replacement policy while also confirming that products bought online are covered under the standard 5 years warranty.As compared to other premium brand who offer the extended warranty, here the basic warranty itself is 5 years.With healthy people around in house, the bigger band is helpful as compared to standard size band available in few other models. Fixing the band on hand is much easier rather than to find the nerve line.It's easy to handle in one hand and one can easily record the reading on his own.

Very good item

I got this product today, pack has Bpmachine, Cuff, power adapter and aa size batteries.Compared results with my other Lloyds pharmacy machine and both are matching with +/-5 points.Beurer machine seems to be made in china, but quality is perfect. Cuff quality is bit lower but it is manageable. Machine look and feel are perfect.Packaging should be improved as minute scratch on power adapter and machine was noticed.
