Premium egg white powder
Excellent egg white powder, you can add to health drinks, make meringue. Really good, it's not messy having to separate yolk and whites, leaving you egg yolks which have to be thrown away when all you need is the egg white itself.

Used these egg whites to make royal icing, works perfectly!

Probably it was stored in a humid area, because it came in stiff lumps, which I find hard to mix efficiently with water if not blended to powder beforehand.
