Works really well it helps with my constant bloating,period cramps and drains all the water out of my body from my constant water intake during the day

This product does what it’s supposed to do very effective products just make sure you’re drinking a lot of water

I literally never write reviews, but these are the best! I was confused by other people’s comments because they work so well. I only take two in the morning and I’m good to go all day, otherwise my skin dries out. But don’t need any more than those two anyways. I can always tell they work because if I have a carb-heavy meal for dinner I wake up with swollen fingers in the morning and my wedding ring won’t come off. But when I take these my ring is spinning by noon. Highly recommend. I’ve trie the caffein-free ones too and they also work but I like the pick me up with the caffein.

Always rely on these pills when I am traveling or sitting for long periods they work!

These will give you energy while also relieving water weight. They do help with pain a bit too. All in all, I recommend these!If you are sensitive to caffeine though, they may make you jittery. I take them right after eating something small in the morning. I don’t advise anyone to take them on a completely empty stomach.
