These are super sharp and work very well. I find you do have to be careful to not over-open the scissors or the blades will come apart on you while you're cutting. Overall, these were a good buy and I do recommend them.

Bolt comes out during use rendering it useless!!! Emailed seller. Offered to send new one but same design defect so declined. Would've been epic bc extremely sharp, muti-use, & ease of cleaning between blades.

I love these, really easy to clean with the separability of blades and they make prep so much quicker for salads. I do hand-wash though so I can't attest to how they hold up in a machine washer.

I had purchased a pair of these shears early last year and absolutely love them... so much so that I just bought three more pairs as Christmas gifts. My favorite use for them is to cut pizza.

Great scissor if it didn't break after few uses. Nut hinge fell out... Now useless in less than a few months.

These are great for cutting anything in the kitchen from herbs to meat. The best part is they come apart to wash.
