Works well to get rid of string algae
Our koi point often gets string algae growing, particularly on the spillway between two ponds, where water is shallow. This product works in stopping it growing, without hurting the fish (although they don't seem happy when it is used). Very effective within a couple of days of application.

Didn't work for me
I still got algae in the fountain and didn't dare up the dose for fear I might hurt the birds using it.

Kills the bad green stuff - nuff said.
We bought a house with a pond and I know nothing about ponds. For the past few years I've been cleaning, procuring plants, and killing algae-blooms. Nothing I did seemed to fix the issue for longer than a few weeks.I bought this late one night without much research. Its probably the 4th or 5th pond clear I've tried. My pond look like Shrek's urinal. It had a fantasmic green hue - which would be amazing in Disneyworld, but not so great when you're going for that backyard aesthetic. After dosing the pond with my best guess - within 24 hours the green was gone. Within 48 hours the water was clear.I don't have any fish, just plants and many frogs. Both the plants and frogs came out unscathed. I'll definitely grab a few more bottles of this magic.

Be careful of oxygen levels!
It works okay, but it means business in the instructions when it says it drops oxygen levels way down. My koi do not like this product. Within minutes of me putting the exact dosage per the instructions my koi go from happy and active to lethargic and huddle up on the bottom and won't eat for a few days. This is with a massive waterfall and a 5400gph pump creating tons of oxygen, and additional aeration. I triple checked my math and dosage, figuring I must have done something wrong. I did it exactly perfect to the instructions. When I dial the dosage back the fish are a little less stressed, but then it doesn't take care of algae. I don't like to stress my fish out, so I've stopped using this product.

Didn't Remove the Algae
I bought this because my ponds/streams had developed a new "matt" algae (I believe from a product I tried earlier). Microbe didn't do a thing, so I'm back to bleach (I don't have fish/plants). In the past, I've tried peroxide, several different algae products, and all I've done is kill my fish and the increase the algae. Bleach has been my preferred solution for a few years now. And the birds...I've hundreds at the moment. So I'm obviously putting just enough bleach in to control the algae, but not enough to kill the wildlife. And the birds love to take bird baths...

Cleans my water feature well
This product does what it says it will do with the amount needed. My only difficulty is regularly using it. But it’s not the fault of the product.

Finally received it - but works well
Product seems to work well considering only had used it a few days ago, after a long delay (from my end) to receive
