The product is good and very sturdy. But needs to be used in tandem with ab roller in my opinion for best results. There is inclined adjustment available which is cool for use with people of varying capacity and core body strength.Packaging, fit and finish all are pretty fine but a big problem was that the stopper rod for incline adjustment was not given in the package rendering the machine useless. I made a jugaad by using the screw driver provided with the product and works 100%. Price seems to be a bit high as there is only one workout option available. I have been working out since 1 year and doing 2 sets of 50 reps each is pretty normal on this machine.

The product is average type. The problem is what I facing the main front handle which is grip bar is not tighten by screws. It's not get fitted properly, I tried many ways but not fully fixed.

The media could not be loaded.  Value for money and very effective. Buy it no second thoughts....

Unable to use the item which was delivered since it doesn't have screw hole to clamp the handle

it will be difficult during the initial days, and it makes your core strong as well as good exercise for your legs too
