Hello Brian E.    Your question does not address from where you want to repel those pesky wabbits.  It is a vegetable garden, flower garden, poultry or livestock feeding area?  Is it an completely open or partially closed area?  Nite Guard works by emulating the eye or eyes of a predator.  It must be seen by the varmint at their eye level to be effective.  If you ask a question again and be specific as to where you have the rabbit problem I can reply with a reliable answer. How much sun does it need to charge?

It just needs very little sun from what I've seen. It turns on every night just as the sun goes down, how long the solar charge lasts each night? I haven't been up in true early darkness yet to see if they are still working. Haven't had even a leaf chewed out of the garden since installing 2 of these, need to get 2 more.

Yes, I had rats digging in my outdoor space. I put old fashioned traps and rat glue nothing worked. This product is amazing the first day I put it out to get it solar charged and it started working at sun set and auto off day time.From night one it kept the rodents away Really an excellent product Let me know how it works for you I brought mine in and put the black tape on the solar charger because I don't need it in the winter.It is waterproof also, kept it out in the rain and had no issue

No, not at all! In fact, the light will bring more raccoons into your yard to do more destruction. The night before I installed the light, I had 3 Tomato plants pulled up. The night after the light was put in, I had 18 Tomato plants pulled up. I was heart sick!!!!
