I have ADHD so I find that if my supplements and any medication I take are complicated then I forget or don't just don't take them. This concept makes it so much since after preparing, you're left with a tasty juice and who would say no to a vitamin infused juice (I certainly didn't).I find this very easy to take and it helps me get my hydration levels up too. As a result of my disability I often forget to drink water or only realise when I'm heavily dehydrated which is not good. This is a great way to get a glass or two down in a more appetising way so it helps. I won't totally banish my dehydration but this certainly helps along that journey.There are a lot of vitamins in here that are proven for cognitive function. Uridine is an interesting one as I've recently been taking this separately but discontinued that since its included in here. It's meant to help with focus. You've got the B vitamins too which help with focus and energy also. When you combine all of these separate actives you end up with several that cross over and may work in tandem to keep you alert and ready for the day. I've felt good taking these so far but I can't say I've felt fully focused every time, however I'd say in stress testing this supplement since I have a disability. I'd recommend it though especially since the ingredients look pretty clean (no fillers or bulking agents) :)

This product is easy to mix, tastes good. So far I haven't really noticed much difference I'm nearly finished my 2nd box.
