Will this work with a sonodyne rp4000 turntable havind a classic 700 stylus, played with a denon avr 1707 amplifier???

Hello, Some of the old amplifiers have a phono input, but the modern ones dont. So this product is to connect to the amplifers which do not have a phone input. It can be pluged into the CD or the AUX input RCA jacks. I checked your amp on the net and it does not have the phono input. So you will need this to connect your turntable. The stulus does not matter.

Is compitable with cyramic stylus?

I have Philips GA 242 Turn table which has ceramic stylus and this Preamp works fine with this stylus.

Voltage mentioned in ad is 110volt. Would it work in India?

No, either you have to arrange a 230/110v step-down transformer or a 230V AC driven 12v dc supply.
