No Sugar Diet
I should have given the book a five star rating as the information was very good, but didn't, only because some of the ingredients for the recommended detox meals were not available in my location. Of course I can substitute. The information prior to the recipes was great. Have been far more aware of what I am eating since reading the book. Thank you.

How can something so sweet be so bad for you?
Sugar is so pervasive in our society that it's hard to get away from it. There have been many health issues caused by the overabundance of its consumption.This book offers up 27 sugar free recipes to give you a 7-day meal plan. I'm a big fan of meal plans because it takes the day-to-day guess work out of having to a week's worth of healthy meals for the family.The book has a section to teach you how to read the food label in order to determine the amount of sugar per serving.The recipes are easy to make and the ingredients are readily available.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed in the menu. I was excited about trying the 7 day detox. Until I realized this book is not user friendly to those with food allergies. Nor does it offer alternatives.

Lots of Great Information to Kick the Sugar Habit!
No Sugar Diet is a practical introductory guide pointing out the dangers of excess sugars and offering informative solutions that make sense. The author talks about the different types of sugars and interesting to me was the different amount of sugars found in fruits and veggies.After lots of great health information, comes a great sample menu plan to eat sugar free. An action plan to make all this info click.I don't think there's anyone out there that couldn't use sound strategies to cut sugar out of their eating. I recommend you read this book and tell the author what you learned. Great job!

Very good summary on understanding why low sugar is important for your health.
Very easy reading and easy recipes. Looking forward to trying them. Hopefully this helps with my Acid Reflux and other digestive issues.

Don’t know why I expected more
I don’t know why I expected more out of this book than I got. It was free after all at least. Pretty much the only good thing about it. Sure it says you can switch for some of the different recipes for a meal if you don’t like one but there is practically no options for those of us who don’t eat meat or dairy. Plus, sure she shows ways of cutting down on sugar but when you look at a days worth of eats there’s a lot of unnecessary fats. It’s basically having people go from too much of one thing to another

Vital part not available
Well written but be aware at the end of the book you are asked to click a link to obtain the free meal planner and shopping list which off course you cant get to with Kindle and this is a vital part of your planning which the book leads up to - I feel cheated.
